Scope
These terms and conditions apply to all contracts between Chaska Indian Restaurant, owner [Vorname Nachname], Alte Regenstraße 5, 93128 Regenstauf (“we”), and our guests regarding table reservations, orders and visits to our restaurant.

Table reservations
- Reservations can be requested by phone, by email or via the form on our website. A reservation is only binding once we have confirmed it.
- Please let us know about changes or cancellations as early as possible.
- If you arrive more than 15 minutes after the agreed time without letting us know, we may give the table to other guests.

Orders for pickup and delivery
- The dishes shown on our website and menu are not a binding offer. A contract is concluded when we accept or confirm your order.
- All prices are in euros and include statutory VAT.
- Payment is made on pickup or delivery using the payment methods offered.
- Pickup and delivery times are non-binding estimates.

Allergens and additives
Information about allergens and additives is available from our staff on request. As many ingredients are handled in our kitchen, traces of allergens cannot be completely ruled out.

No right of withdrawal
There is no right of withdrawal for food and drinks, as they are perishable and prepared to your wishes (§ 312g (2) nos. 1 and 2 BGB), or are services for a specific date (§ 312g (2) no. 9 BGB).

Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. In cases of slight negligence we are only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract.

Final provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. If any provision of these terms is invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions is not affected.
